PEDN in partnership with Aflatoun International are implementing the Aflateen Plus project across 20 secondary schools in Wakiso and Kampala districts, reaching 4,000 youth. PEDN is delivering a Financial and Life skills curriculum in Term one and two of 2019, developed by Aflatoun International. This will contribute to: Increased self-efficacy, improved critical thinking about gender roles, increased healthy decision making in relationships, increased ASRH rights, increased financial knowledge, Improved entrepreneurial attitudes

- 3,882 young people were trained in Financial literacy and Life skills in 20 secondary schools in two districts
- 75 teachers trained in 20 secondary schools in 2 districts
- 20 youth clubs established and supported in 20 secondary schools
- 20 youth clubs were established and supported by PEDN in 20 schools. A total of Ugx 5,726,600 was saved by young people in 20 saving clubs
- 5 schools installed the E-bank system to ease tracking of saving in clubs
- 20 social and financial enterprises were established by young people in the project for profit and social good.
